Service Modes

Two Ways to Work With Us

Most clients fall into one of two modes — or a combination of both. Understanding which applies to your project helps us set up the right development process from day one.

Mode 01

OEM

Original Equipment Manufacturing — You Design, We Build

You come with your own design brief, drawings, or specifications. We manufacture the piece exactly to your requirements — shape, dimensions, color, metal pairing, surface finish, and packaging. Your brand, your design, our manufacturing precision.

This mode covers:

  • Manufacturing from your approved drawings or files
  • Custom silhouettes, link geometries, and component dimensions
  • Your choice from our full color and metal system
  • Private label packaging and branding
  • Sample development with one included revision round

Most long-term partnerships combine both modes — OEM for core SKUs, ODM for seasonal additions. We're structured to support both simultaneously.

Our Focus

A Manufacturer That Chose One Material and Went Deep

We've been making contemporary metal jewelry since 2008. Six years ago, a long-term collaboration with a major American brand pushed us into territory we hadn't explored before — a client with new requirements that existing materials couldn't meet. That's when we started researching forged carbon fiber seriously.

What started as a response to one client's demand became the center of everything we do. The process knowledge we've built — how the material behaves under pressure, how color develops, how tolerances shift across different geometries — is not something that can be acquired quickly. It accumulated over years of actual production, not theory.

Today, 95% of what we produce ships to Europe and North America. We're a mid-sized factory — 100,000 units per month capacity — which means we're large enough to handle serious volume and focused enough to treat every partnership individually.

Forged Carbon Fiber as Core Competency

Not an add-on service. Our equipment, process controls, and color development system are built specifically around this material.

EU/US Market Understanding

The majority of our production goes to European and American brands. We understand your customer's expectations, retail price architecture, and compliance requirements.

RoHS & MSDS Certified

Our forged carbon fiber materials carry RoHS and MSDS certification — documentation your compliance team will ask for, already in place.

Color Partnership

A Color System Designed Around Brand Ownership

Most manufacturers offer a fixed color menu. You pick from what exists, and so does every other brand they work with. We built something different — a three-tier color partnership system that lets serious brands own a color, not just borrow one.

Tier 01

Standard Color Access

Access to our full library of 50+ forged carbon fiber color effects — from deep blacks and charcoal greys to iridescent, opal, and metallic finishes. Available to all OEM/ODM partners from the first order. No exclusivity, full availability.

Tier 02

Conditional Exclusive Color Rights

For brands that want to own a color from our existing library — locking it exclusively to their collection within an agreed territory and timeframe. Exclusivity conditions are negotiated based on volume commitment, contract duration, and market scope. Details are worked out in direct conversation.

Tier 03

Co-Developed Color — Shared Exclusive Rights

The deepest level of color partnership. You bring a color direction — a reference, a target effect, a specific aesthetic — and we develop it together from raw material level. The resulting color is co-owned: you hold exclusive rights for your market, we retain the right to develop it further for other applications. Structured as a formal agreement.

Color rights agreements vary by tier, volume, and market. All exclusivity discussions begin with a direct conversation — contact us to start.

How We Work

The Partnership Process

Five stages from first contact to production. Clear milestones, defined responsibilities, no ambiguity.

Stage 01
Initial Brief
1 – 2 business days

You send us your project brief — product type, design references or files, target color direction, metal preferences, quantity range, and timeline requirements. We review it and come back with initial questions and a development outline.

No commitment required at this stage. NDA available on request before file sharing.

Stage 02
Design & Feasibility
3 – 7 business days

For OEM: we review your design for process feasibility and flag any adjustments needed. For ODM: we develop a design proposal based on your brief. In either case, you receive a written development plan covering geometry, color selection, material specification, and timeline before any production begins.

Stage 03
Sample Production
15 – 25 days

Upon deposit confirmation, we produce physical samples — typically 3 to 5 pieces — for your review. You assess dimensions, color accuracy, surface finish, and assembly fit. One revision round is included in the sample fee.

Sample costs are credited toward production orders above a minimum quantity threshold.

Stage 04
Production Order
30 – 45 days

After sample approval, you confirm the production order and quantity. Minimum order is 100 pieces per style. We provide a production schedule with milestone checkpoints — you're informed at each stage, not left waiting until the shipment arrives.

Stage 05
Ongoing Partnership
Continuous

Most of our client relationships don't end at one order. As your collection evolves — new SKUs, seasonal color variants, new product categories — we grow with you. Existing partners receive priority scheduling and direct access to new color and material developments before they're made available publicly.

FAQ

Questions We Get Asked

OEM means you bring the design — we manufacture it to your specifications. ODM means we design it for you based on your brief, aesthetic references, and target customer. Both result in a product that carries your brand exclusively.

In practice, many clients start with ODM — using our design capability to explore what's possible with the material — and then shift to OEM as their design direction becomes established. We're set up to support both simultaneously, so your core SKUs and your seasonal additions can run as different modes within the same partnership.

Yes — on conditional terms. We offer three levels of color partnership. The first is standard access to our full color library, shared across all partners. The second is exclusive rights to an existing color from our library, available to qualifying partners based on volume commitment, territory, and contract duration — terms are worked out in direct conversation.

The third and deepest level is co-developed color: you bring a color direction and we develop it together from raw material level. The result is a new color that doesn't exist in our standard library, and you hold exclusive rights for your market. We retain the right to develop it further for non-competing applications. This is structured as a formal agreement and is available to partners with a serious long-term commitment to the material.

Our MOQ of 100 pieces per style exists because our process economics below that quantity make consistent quality difficult to guarantee — not because we're trying to exclude smaller brands.

If you're a smaller brand or retailer who wants access to Ringentle products but isn't ready for direct production volume, we can connect you with established distributors or brand partners in your region who already carry our work. This way you get access to the product at the right scale for where you are now — and when your volume grows, you know where to come for direct production.

Yes, and we require it. We don't move to bulk production without a sample approval stage — it protects both sides. Samples take 15 to 25 days from confirmed brief and deposit, and include one revision round. Sample costs are credited toward production orders above the minimum quantity threshold.

If you need samples for multiple colorways or configurations, we can discuss a structured sampling plan to cover your decision-making process efficiently.

No. Every OEM brief we receive is treated as confidential by default. We don't share design files, specifications, or project details with any other party.

If you prefer formal documentation before sharing files, we offer an NDA — just request it when you reach out. It can be signed before any design materials change hands.

Our forged carbon fiber materials carry RoHS and MSDS certification. RoHS compliance is required by most European and American retailers — it confirms the material is free from restricted hazardous substances. MSDS documentation covers material safety data for import and compliance purposes.

Certification documentation is available to OEM/ODM partners upon request. If your market or retailer requires additional testing or certification, contact us to discuss — we can advise on what's available and what additional testing may be needed.

Our manufacturing process and tooling are optimized for jewelry-scale components — rings, bracelets, necklaces, pendants, and small accessories. We're not a general carbon fiber fabrication house, and we're not set up for large structural components or industrial parts.

That said, if you're a brand working in adjacent categories — watches, small luxury accessories, fashion hardware — and you need forged carbon fiber components at jewelry scale, it's worth a conversation. We're interested in applications where our material and process capability is genuinely the right fit.

Our Position

We Focus on Brands.
Not on Everything.

We're a manufacturer, not a retailer. Every decision we've made — our process focus, our color development, our sample policy — is structured around making professional brand partnerships work. That means we've deliberately chosen not to do certain things, so we can do the things we do better.

If what you need falls outside what we do, we'll tell you honestly rather than take a project we can't serve well.

What we don't do:

Retail or Direct-to-Consumer

We don't sell to end consumers. Ringentle exists to serve brands — this boundary is firm.

Sub-MOQ Production Runs

Below 100 pieces per style, we can't maintain the quality consistency our production process requires. We'll refer you to a distributor in your market instead.

Large-Scale Structural Carbon Fiber

We're jewelry-scale specialists. Industrial components, automotive parts, or structural panels are outside our equipment and process scope.
