Our Story

From Precision Jewelry Manufacturing to Forged Carbon Fiber Specialization

Ringentle started in 2008 as a precision jewelry manufacturer working mainly with metal jewelry: rings, bracelets, pendants and custom components for brand clients in Europe and the United States. That foundation still matters today, because forged carbon fiber jewelry requires both material knowledge and jewelry-level finishing accuracy.

Our move into forged carbon fiber did not come from a trend report. It started with a long-term American brand partner that needed a material with a stronger visual identity than ordinary metal finishes. The request pushed us into a new material category where consistency, machining, polishing and color control were not yet standardized.

Since then, forged carbon fiber has become our core manufacturing focus. We have developed a controlled color system, production-ready processes and integration methods for materials such as stainless steel, titanium, tantalum, tungsten, cobalt and precious metals. This makes Ringentle suitable for brands looking for a specialized carbon fiber ring manufacturer or a long-term OEM/ODM development partner.

Today, we combine material development, jewelry manufacturing and B2B project support in one supply chain. For buyers, this means fewer communication gaps, clearer feasibility feedback and more stable results from sample to bulk production.

Timeline

How Ringentle Became a Forged Carbon Fiber Jewelry Specialist

2008

Founded as a Precision Jewelry Manufacturer

Ringentle began with metal jewelry manufacturing for export-focused clients, producing rings, bracelets, pendants and small precision components.

2008

2017

Building the Manufacturing Foundation

Nearly a decade of precision metal jewelry production built the quality systems, finishing experience and brand communication process behind our current OEM/ODM service.

2018

The Client Brief That Changed Our Direction

A long-term American brand partner asked for a material with a stronger identity than standard metal finishes. That project led us into forged carbon fiber jewelry development.

2019

First Forged Carbon Fiber Production

We delivered early forged carbon fiber jewelry production and began refining color consistency, tolerance control, surface finishing and bonding methods for jewelry-scale applications.

2020

2022

Color System and Process Control

We expanded from classic black forged carbon into metallic, chromatic, opal and custom color effects while improving production repeatability for brand collections.

2023

Ringentle Positioned as a B2B Brand

Ringentle became a focused B2B identity for forged carbon fiber jewelry manufacturing, supporting brand clients rather than selling directly to consumers.

Now

Long-Term OEM / ODM Partnerships

Today we support jewelry brands with forged carbon fiber material development, scalable production, certification documentation and confidential custom projects.

How We Operate

A Manufacturing Partner Built for Brand Clients

Our operating principles are shaped by B2B manufacturing reality: feasibility matters, confidentiality matters, and repeatable production matters more than a one-time sample.

01

Specialization Over Range

We do not try to manufacture everything. Our focus is forged carbon fiber jewelry and related custom components, which allows us to build deeper process knowledge.

02

Brands, Not Consumers

We manufacture for brands, wholesalers and product teams. We do not sell direct-to-consumer products that compete with our clients.

03

Feasibility Before Sampling

If a design is not suitable for our process, we explain it before production starts. Accurate information protects your timeline and your budget.

04

Process Knowledge Is the Product

Forged carbon fiber behaves differently across pressure, temperature, shape and finishing. Our production knowledge helps brands avoid unstable results.

05

Long-Term Over Transactional

Our sampling, color development and production planning are designed for clients building repeatable collections, not only one-off orders.

06

Documentation Matters

RoHS and MSDS documentation is available for OEM/ODM partners, helping support import, retail and compliance discussions in European and American markets.

Certification

Materials Prepared for the Markets Your Brand Sells Into

Compliance is part of B2B jewelry manufacturing. Our forged carbon fiber materials have RoHS and MSDS documentation available for OEM/ODM partners upon request.

For buyers selling through retailers, distributors or online marketplaces, documentation can reduce friction during supplier review, import checks and product onboarding.

If your market requires additional testing, we can support the discussion and help confirm what applies to your material, finish and product type.

RoHS Documentation

Supports restricted-substance compliance discussions for European and UK market requirements.

MSDS Documentation

Material Safety Data Sheet information for material handling, shipping and import reference.

Additional Testing Support

Support for brand-specific testing requests, retail supplier review and project-based compliance documentation.
