Custom Carbon Fiber Components
You have the design. We have the material and the process. For brands that need carbon fiber in a shape, size, or format we don't carry off the shelf — this is where we start.
Your Design, Our Material
Some brands come to us with a finished design that calls for carbon fiber as a component — not as the primary form, but as a detail, an inlay, or a structural element that gives the piece its identity. That's exactly what this service is built for.
Whether you're working with a ring that needs a carbon fiber inlay cut to a non-standard profile, a bracelet clasp that carries your brand's logo in forged carbon, or a pendant body in a proprietary silhouette — we can produce it as long as we can review the geometry and confirm the process.
You Control the Shape
Submit your drawings or reference images. We work from your geometry, not ours.
Full Color System Access
Custom components draw from the same 50+ color effect library as our standard products. Your unique shape, your chosen color.
Feasibility First
We review every custom brief before committing — if a shape can't be produced to quality standard, we tell you upfront and suggest alternatives.
Existing Design, New Material
You have a ring, bracelet, or pendant design already in production with another material. You want to introduce a carbon fiber variant — same silhouette, different material story.
Carbon as a Detail Component
Your primary piece is metal or another material, but you need a carbon fiber inlay, face plate, or accent element cut to a specific profile to complete the design.
Brand Identity in Carbon
Your logo or brand mark, produced in forged carbon fiber — as a component for inclusion in a larger piece, or as a standalone element. Available across all color effects.
What We Typically Produce
These are the most common custom component types we've developed for brand clients. They're a starting point — not a limit.
Jewelry Inlay Pieces
Flat or curved carbon fiber inlays cut to a specific profile — for rings, bracelets, pendants, or cufflinks. Thickness and edge finish matched to your assembly requirements.
Special-Form Components
Non-standard shapes that don't fit a flat inlay format — sculptural elements, asymmetric forms, or components with dimensional geometry. Reviewed case by case for process feasibility.
Brand Logo Components
Your brand mark produced in forged carbon fiber. Works best for logo forms with clean geometry and minimum 8mm dimension. All 50+ color effects available.
Not sure if your design is feasible? Submit it anyway — we'll review and give you an honest assessment within 3 business days.
How Custom Development Works
Four stages, clearly defined. You'll know where things stand at every step.
Submit Your Design
Send us your drawings, CAD files, sketches, or reference images — along with your target color effect, required dimensions, and intended quantity. No format requirement: whatever you have, we work with it.
Feasibility Review Within 3 business days
We assess whether the geometry and tolerances can be achieved with our process. If adjustments are needed, we'll suggest specific modifications. If the design isn't feasible, we'll tell you clearly — and explain why.
Sample Development 15 – 25 days
Once feasibility is confirmed and deposit received, we produce 1–5 physical samples. You review the actual component — dimensions, color effect, surface finish, assembly fit. One revision round is included.
Production 30 – 45 days after sample approval
Bulk production begins after you approve the sample and confirm the production order. Minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per component style. Components are delivered ready for your assembly process.
